Harris Echternach Solutions Corporation (HES Corp) was founded in 2004 by Justin Echternach and Brad Harris with the goal of providing strategic technical services. 

For the past 12 years, Mr. Harris has been working closely with large and small organizations in the selection, implementation, integration, and custom development of systems in support of their business goals.  Mr. Echternach has over 14 years experience in providing enterprise class software solutions to a wide variety of clients in a broad array of industries. 

Mr. Echternach and Mr. Harris both founded their own companies in 2001 and 1999, respectively.  The two began working together in 2002 with the intent of combining Justin’s expert knowledge of enterprise class information technology solutions with Brad’s focus on serving the information technology needs of specific functions within large organizations.  Merger talks began in late 2003 and resulted in Harris Echternach Solutions Corporation being formed in early 2004.
